Sodexo Live!'s Airport Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for a Product Specification Manager to oversee our entire airport operations SKU system, purchasing patterns and systems, in use for the segment. This manager will be in charge of maximizing purchasing operations across the segment while driving efficiencies throughout the lounges themselves.

This is a remote position based preferrably in either the East Coast or Midwest. The preferred candidate must reside close to a hub airport and be able to travel 20% of the time. Base salary plus an incentive program, benefits, paid vacation, 401k, and more.

Position Overview: Reporting directly to the VP of Culinary, you will oversee and direct the food and beverage purchasing across our airport lounge segment,ensuring successful operations and strong client relationships.

This includes the following key duties:

  • Creates value and supports Supply Management initiatives for the segment.

  • Works jointly with the Supply Management Department, Segment Operations, and Segment Culinary Teams to drive higher purchasing compliance within each contract through analysis of procurement data.

  • Shall provide recommendations to the business to improve compliance.

  • Shall work jointly with Culinary and Finance to track and report out monthly purchasing compliance and progress to achieve targets.

  • Ensures alignment between Supply Management departments and the Segment in upcoming programs/initiatives, e.g. compliance, distribution, and order catalog updates.

  • Operates as a field representative for the Product Rationalization and Specifications Team and provides a central point of contact for Division product specifications, product lists, and order catalog updates.

  • Shall have a strong competency in data management by working with large amounts and data and be able to summarize into a usable format to aid in business decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of project management or operations experience
