Unit Description
Sodexo is seeking a Food Retail Manager for Luther College located in Decorah, Iowa . Show your flair with retail in this private liberal arts college set in the beautiful bluff country of Northeast Iowa.
As the Food Retail Manager , you will have oversight of multiple retail locations . We are looking for a leader who is comfortable with technology, and who has strong employee engagement skills.
The successful candidate will:
Ensure there is a zero harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.
Direct daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources.
Manage cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.
Maintain client satisfaction for food quality & customer service.
Be accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery.
Supervise day-to-day work activities of food service workers, supervisors & managers.
