The Good Eating Company is seeking a creative Executive Chef for our client in Englewood, Colorado .
This is a hands-on and culinary role that will focus on the continued growth of our business dining account. Our goal is to become the premier workplace hospitality brand in North America. We are obsessed with local products, culture, hospitality, great food and being best in class. Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for Sous Chef’s who:
Ensure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served
Are strong all-round culinary ability and strong craft skills in all areas of professional cookery, including; main courses; salads; sauce work; and pastry and baking
Have a strong knowledge of food and able to cook using multiple styles of cuisine
Recognizing and reacting to contemporary trends
Use of correct food terminology and cooking methods
Constantly looking for new recipes and new ideas and initiatives that will improve both the quality of food and service as a whole
Play a key role and enthusiastically mentors culinary personnel

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
