Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Catering Manager 3 to join our team at a potential new sale in Foster City, California . The ideal candidate is an organized and effective leader with a background in event planning and management. The catering manager must have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering memorable client experiences. Prior hands-on on corporate service and high volume catering experience essential for this role!
The responsibilities of this role include:
Oversee the planning and execution of all events, ensuring they meet client expectations
Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements
Work with the Sodexo culinary team to ensure delivery of the menu
Prepare and manage budgets for each event
Monitor expenses and find cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality of service
Hire, train, and supervise event staff
Track and analyze key performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and customer feedback, to make data-driven decisions and improvements

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
