Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 to lead our team at a potential new sale in Foster City, California . The ideal candidate is an organized and effective leader with a passion for hospitality and affinity for operational efficiency and new account opening experience. Candidates with high profile, multi-site management experience, from an upscale hospitality environment, restaurant concept are preferred. We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, flexibility and adaptability in a fast and frequently changing environment.
The successful candidate will:
have oversight of day-to-day operations;
deliver high quality food service;
achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
develop strategic plans;
create a positive environment;and/or
ensure Sodexo standards are met.

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
