Sodexo is seeking a Catering Manager 2 for North Carolina A&T State University located in Greensboro, North Carolina . North Carolina A&T State University is the largest HBCU in the nation. With an enrollment of just over 12,000 student North Carolina A&T State University continues to grow, both academically and from a food-service perspective. Sodexo-Aggie Dining manages all National, proprietary and in-house brands and dining concepts with 2 main dining facilities as well as a full service catering department. The Catering Manager will have oversight of our catering department consisting of 10-20 hourly members. This position will work closely with the catering director on event setup/breakdown, labor management, training as well as overall management of the departmental expectations. This role will be highly involved in ensuring standards are met for each event and customer satisfaction is at the highest level
