Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Custodial Manager at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC. Cone is the largest and most comprehensive medical center within our five-county region. This is a 2nd shift position (3:00pm start time) overseeing a team of 30 and functions as part of a team of Environmental Service leaders. A leader in compassionate, quality care, this role will oversee a team of 30 and functions as part of a team of Environmental Service leaders. This opportunity also requires some weekend and holiday coverage on a rotating basis. This manager will support floor care projects, payroll, and lead the team in engagement. Preferred candidates will have management experience in Environmental Services, Hotels housekeeping and/or Custodial Services, military service, and exhibit excellent customer service skills.

The successful candidate will:

• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;

• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;

• lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;

• effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or

• support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
