Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 - Food to manage Villa Marie East, a part of Catholic Health Services in Miami, FL . Catholic Health Services provides a full continuum of healthcare and rehab services to the southeast of Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned, entrepreneurial manager who is constantly seeking a better way to conduct business. This key leadership position is directly responsible for the successful operation of Dining Services. The General Manager ensures client, customer service/satisfaction with efficient cost-effective management that both meets and exceeds expectations. Must have food service experience within a healthcare setting with extensive knowledge of DOH and CMS guidelines. Candidate must be bilingual.

The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary operations;

• Interface closely and daily with residents, client executive level leadership and client board members;

• control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved;

• continuously update industry knowledge on current food trends and ingredients, making sure they lead the way in innovation and originality;

• ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved.

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.
