The Good Eating Company is seeking a Pantry Operations Manager for our client in San Franciso . We are seeking a dynamic manager who is focused on elevating the guest experience.
The Pantry Operations Manager will oversee the daily operation that provides Hydration Stations, Premium Beverage and Coffee Service and Snacks daily throughout the building.
The ideal candidate will have:
The ability to pivot to new ideas and strong problem-solving skills
Passion for creating unique and health-focused pantry experiences
Experience with coffee and soda streaming machines
A creative spark to make our pantries the talk of the town!
The Pantry Operations Manager will have responsibilities for:
Oversee and manage all onsite Pantry operations
Driving innovation and best practice across the pantry offering, bringing new ideas to the table
Craft staff schedules for direct reports, ensuring efficient operation
Review all final prints on menus, onsite stickers, and labels for service promptly
Continuously refine operational procedures to elevate standards and ensure flawless performance
Ensuring consistency in pantry offerings across multiple categories of client site

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
